Cannon Building offers several PPO and HMO company sponsored medical and dental plans. You may choose the medical plan that best suits the needs of you and your family members. Cannon Building contributes monthly to the cost of this coverage.

401(k) Saving Plan

The Salary Deferral Plan is, simply put, a good deal. It enables you to save for retirement, reduce current taxes and generates tax-deferred earnings, all at the same time. All Cannon Building employees are welcome to participate in the 401(k) plan after meeting plan eligibility requirements.

Sick Time

Cannon Building pays employees for up to five sick days per year. Up to 50% of this paid sick time may be used for the care of a sick child or spouse.

Cannon Building pays salaried employees for the following Holidays:

Medical / Prescription

Vacation Time

Vacation accrual goes into effect immediately upon the salaried employee's start date. Cannon Building offers ten paid vacation days per year during your first five years of employment. CBSI provides 15 paid vacation days per year after five full years of employment with the company.

Educational Assistance Plan

Cannon Building provides financial assistance to employees who want to further their education and enhance their skills. Reimbursement (up to $500 per calendar year) is available for tuition costs (including books) for pre-approved courses which relate to career advancement.

Jury Duty

Employees are encouraged to fulfill their civic responsibilities by serving on jury duty when called upon to do so. Cannon Building will grant a leave of absence with pay up to five business workdays while serving as a member on a civil or criminal jury.

Bereavement Time

Cannon Building will grant a leave of absence with pay up to three workdays due to the death of an immediate family member.
